Wake County Winners:
Wake County received over 425 entries from more than 40 separate WCPSS schools, once again showing exemplary talent, creativity, and compassion in their incredible art! Judges had the impossible task of rating and ranking these submissions. The following students (Wake County Reflections Qualifiers) are Wake County finalists from this year’s program, and all will be invited to join our Reflections Winners celebration in the spring. This year, NC PTA permitted Wake County PTA to submit only first and second place to its state-level competition. Those pieces designated “1st Place” and “2nd Place” on this list will move on to represent Wake County at the State Level.
Broughton is honored to announce that two of our students were among the list of qualifiers in his/her respective division. Congratulations to the following Broughton artists!
Lilah Riffel-D'Loughy was awarded 1st Place in Film Production for her piece titled From Stardust
Leo Molinoff was awarded 1st Place in Music Composition for his piece titled Steadfast.
